Following and closely cooperating with Client’s demands, together we assemble the application documentation, create the financial and technical blueprint of the project, moreover we guarantee the contribution of experts in the process of creating forehand studies – feasibility study, impact study, background study, other expert opinion – in compulsively thetic application invocations.

We provide the following services for the making of the tender documentation:

- introducing the contender frame accordingly to the inviting applivations; - studying the casemaps of the project delivery ;
- filling the tender form/datasheet;
- elaborate connecting studies according to the guide (e.g.: feasibility study, environmental impact monitoring/imapct analysis, business plan, marketing plan, financial plan, expenditure – benefit analysis);
- collecting guide-suitable (plans, technical documentations, authorities, environmental impact monitoring/imapct analysis);
-- composing the budget of the project according to the quotations, the designer estimations secured by Client;
- supervising the compiled tender documentation by formal and context aspects;
- in the case of electronical submitting, uploading the tender, taking care of the related administrative tasks;
- in the case of traditional paper-tender, preparing it technically, multiplying, swathing and submitting it to the institute, organization occuring in the tender invitation, furthermore making a file copy for Client.
